He is the Robert who lived at the forks on Buffalo Creek in Augusta Co., VA and moved his family to Washington Co., TN. He was supposed to be the one who shot Col. Ferguson at the Battle of King's Mountain in South Carolina. It turned the tide of the Revolutionary War in our favor. 1
