Just as it is possible that David's father, Jacob, was one of the 7 brothers that came over prior to 1734, David might account for the David Harmon in the following records, but much more likely a parent/uncle of same. David Harmon is listed in "Refugees of 1776" from Long Island to Ct." by Frederic Gregory Mather, Albany, c1913. (C-2335)

There is a David Harmon, b. about 1750 in the Pennsylvania Archives series. He's in Ser. 5, 7, p. 493 and 519.

He was often called Theobald Hermann when he lived in Augusta Co., VA. He is the Theobald Hermann with Sarah his wife who sponsored their nephew, Henry Hermann, at his baptism on Aug. 4, 1759 in Augusta Co., VA at Peaked Mountain.

He is probably the David Harmon who was born in the 1750's and is listed in the 1790 census for Mass. (C-2333)
