   Another name for Warwick was Warwick HEYL.

Warwick was a milwright in New Castle Co., (PA). I suspect this was the title for Boat Builder as that is also a profession he is listed under in a history of Philadelphia at ancestry.com. His heir, granddaughter Jane Hollingsworth received land via the orphans court in the 1750's in Philadephia Co., Pennsylvania She and her husband granted this land to John Coats the younger on Apr. 24, 1761. Then he and his wife, granted this land to Warwick Coats and other heirs of John on Apr. 24, 1761. (Some of them were parties of the first part). ²
