  General Notes:

Sarah Coats arrived with her son William Coats in 1718 in the Port of South Carolina. I'm assuming this is in Charleston, South Carolina. It is likely that Coats is her married name and she was a widow when she arrived. (C-1658) She is likely the Sarah Coates with son William who lived with Class Germanson Cramer, late of North Holland, now of St. Phillips Parish in South Carolina when he wrote his will on Aug. 23, 1720, although Nicolas was not mentioned in it. (C-1715)
