He and his family were members of the Deere Creek M.M. until they moved to Baltimore Co., MD. They don't appear to have owned any land in Hartford Co., MD where the Deere Creek M.M. is, but in York Co., PA instead. He owned land there in Warrington, Shrewsberry and Fawn Twps.

Nehemiah married Rachel YARNAL, daughter of John YARNALL and Ann UNKNOWN.

Nehemiah next married Mary PRICE.
