There is a Joseph Coats in the 1840 census for Warren Co., TN that needs to be checked to see if it might apply to this Joseph. (C-2242)
Joseph married Lydia DAVIS, daughter of Abiathar DAVIS and Lydia EMBREE, on 11/21/1822 in West Branch M.M., Miami, OH, USA. (Lydia DAVIS was born on 2/23/1798 in Wrightsborough Twp., Columbia, GA, USA.)
