Edith COATE
Edith attended the wedding of Jacob Garwood and Elloner Oustlon (her father's former servant) in 1720 in Burlington, New Jersey along with her sister Hannah, and parents. She is listed in the closest relatives column and would have been young to attend this wedding - only 15 at the time. I have no idea why she and her sister signed in the closest relatives column when their parents did not. Edith married Thomas NEWBOULD on 4/1/1724 in Springfield Twp., Burlington, NJ, USA.1 (Thomas NEWBOULD was born in 1701.) Edith next married Daniel DOUGHTY in 8/1747 in Chesterfield M.M., Burlington, NJ.2 (Daniel DOUGHTY died in 1777 in Springfield Twp., Burlington, NJ, USA.) |
