It should be noted that the original Hotten's lists a Thomas Estwicke as a Master of Rebell. A convicted rebel, William Sanders was sold to a Thomas Estwicke Mar 1685. (F-397) Both Thomas and Richard are listed in each other's wills and in their father Henry's will.
