Francis Estwick, sons Thomas and Richard Estwick - Xtrs. Signed Henry Estwick, Wit: John Jemmott, John Atkinson, James Scot, proved 20 Feb 1679. His son Thomas lists 2 brother-in-laws. If they were married to his possible sisters, their maiden names would be Estwick, but it is also possible that they were brothers of his wife with the later being more likely since Henry did not name any daughters. ²
