His executors were trusted friends, William Vestal and William Marshall. His testators were Nathan Vestal and Isaac Hobson. It was written on 22d day of the 7th month in 1807. It was probated in Aug. 1813.   Noted events in his life were: • Probate, 8/1813. Thomas married Elizabeth DAVIS on 9/6/1754 in Cane Creek, Alamance, NC.
