In his will written on Feb. 4, 1733, and probated a month later, he is listed of Anne Arundel Co., Maryland. In it he names son John whom he gives his dwelling plantation, the "Arnold Grey", "The Neglect" and "Addition to Arnold Gray" when he reaches age 18; sons Thomas and Benjamin received "The Defiance of Williams and Clark" and "Bacon Hall" in Prince George Co., Maryland; daughter Rachel the "War of Pinnify" and personal items for when she marries or reaches age 16; to son Henry O'Neale "Welsh's Discovery" in Prince George Co., MD; to his unborn child if a son, rest of "Welsh's Discovery", otherwise it goes to son Henry O'Neale; Personal estate to sons Tomas, Benjamin, Henry, and daughters Elizabeth and Comfort when the boys reach 18 and the girls reach 16; William Davis was to receive "William's Delight"; daughters Ann Hammond, Sophia Hall and Sarah Warfield (all married) were to receive 5 shillings each; brother Robert was to receive personal effects. His executors were wife Rachel, brother Robert and cousin Richard Snowden. "Snowden and Welsh" and "John and Thomas" properties were to be sold and the proceeds go into the personal estate.
