He is probably the John Duval who leaves the following will, or a transcription thereof: "Grandchildren: John G., Cecilius B., William F., Joseph J., Summerville, Louisa R., Valier Duvall (youngest of 4 grandsons under age 21) - all real estate. Son" Grafton Duvall, his wife Harriet and their children (named above), Ex: Nephew John S.
