- She was a member of the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Meadville, Pennsylvania. According to the 1930 census records, she was born about 1907 but her obituary gives her birthdate as 1912. Her obituary is as follows from the Meadville Tribune Newspaper. If her birthdate was 1912, she would have only been 14 when she married. It is possible that she made herself appear older in the 1930 census or that that census date is the more accurate one instead.
